Job Description

Основные задачи:

разработка концепции и бизнес-плана;
поиск подходящей локации;
контроль ремонта, оснащения и подготовки к открытию;
подбор команды и поставщиков;
организация операционной работы после запуска.
Требования:
Опыт управления рестораном/баром/lounge-проектом или открытия заведений с нуля.
Английский язык обязателен.
Знание рынка Кипра будет преимуществом.
