George L. Elisseou Ltd is an established and dynamic firm specializing in accounting and management consulting. We provide audit and assurance, taxation, business support, and management consulting services to both international and local clients, as well as private individuals. Our firm is regulated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Our company is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual for the position of Accountant to strengthen our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records
• Record financial transactions and perform account reconciliations
• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, VIES, etc.)
• Monitor obligations to public authorities
• Manage a portfolio of accounting clients and prepare VAT forms
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of tax and labor legislation
• Strong organizational skills, consistency, and attention to detail
