Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT returns and related submissions
- Support the preparation of management accounts and audit files
- Liaise with clients regarding accounting documentation
- Preparation of monthly Payroll for various clients including Social Insurance and Tax compliance
- Liaise with clients regarding accounting documentation
- Assist with any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper.
- University Degree in Accounting & Finance or L.C.C.I Higher.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Studying towards the ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage.
