The Role

We are now looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accounting Officer to join our team supporting the smooth and accurate operation of our financial processes.

This is a part-time position (20–25 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 14:00, with flexibility in working hours based on business needs and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounting processes across online and retail operations
• Preparing financial statements and results for betting stores
• Coordinating cash collections and performing reconciliations
• Recording and verifying daily cash counts from agents and owned stores
• Liaising with agents to resolve any financial queries and payments
• Preparing monthly profit & loss reports for agents
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and updating accounting systems
• Supporting financial reporting and external audit processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, including hands-on experience in managing client accounts, cash handling, reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Excel skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
