As an expanding group of companies, we are looking to recruit into our growing team an assistant admin to assist with the daily requirements of the companies’ activities.
Daily assistance with administration & logistics
Monitoring of incoming stock and recording into the database
Assisting with sales and invoicing
Generating Purchase Orders
Corresponding with customers and direct reporting to the management
Daily office duties including filing and maintaining electronic filing system
Package:

Monday to Friday (8 hours) 10.00 – 18.00
