CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an AI Implementation Specialist to join their growing team based in Nicosia. In this role you will focus on identifying opportunities to leverage AI within existing business processes, selecting appropriate third-party tools, and implementing scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and product value. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, who possess previous experience in a similar position. Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and prompt engineering is essential, along with the ability to bridge the gap between third-party AI tools and internal backend/frontend systems. Fluency in both verbal and written English is a must, and knowledge of Russian and/or Hebrew will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze workflows across multiple departments (Marketing, Support, Product, Back Office, etc.) to identify operational bottlenecks that can be optimized using AI solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and select cost-effective AI tools and providers (LLMs, NLP solutions, automation platforms, etc.) that best match the company’s operational needs.
• Design and deploy integrated AI workflows by connecting external AI services with internal systems using APIs, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Manage the transition from manual processes to AI-enhanced workflows, ensuring solutions remain stable, scalable, and continuously updated as AI technologies evolve.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of the current AI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, etc.) and automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and prompt engineering. Ability to bridge the gap between third-party AI tools and internal backend/frontend systems.
• Experience building multi-step automation chains and agent-based workflows (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or visual builders).
• Ability to set up testing environments to evaluate LLM performance, including accuracy, hallucination rates, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Russian or Hebrew will be considered an advantage).

 

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of trading concepts such as spreads, volatility, quotes, and technical analysis.
• Experience designing decision trees, human-in-the-loop escalation processes, and maintaining knowledge bases for AI-powered support systems.
