Job Description

We are looking for an Architect (minimum 5 years working experience) with strong design skills and a solid knowledge of the local planning legislation to join our Team.

Requirements:

• ETEK registered member.
• AutoCAD knowledge is essential.
• Autodesk Revit, 3D modelling in Rhino, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, TwinMotion would be seen as an advantage.
• The applicant should have a broad knowledge base spanning all stages of work from concept, to design development, planning and building application submissions, detail / construction drawings and specifications and site supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills needed in both Greek and English.

• Microsoft Office knowledge is also essential.

   

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of outline design drawings, digital 3-d models and presentations
• Preparation of drawings and applications to secure Planning and Building permits
• Preparation of detail design drawings and specifications for tendering the works

• Site supervision
