Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Site Architect to join our team in a construction support role, focused primarily on the production, revision, and coordination of architectural and shop drawings during the construction stage. The successful candidate will support ongoing site activities by providing drafting, design amendments, and technical documentation in coordination with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Site Teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, revise, and update architectural drawings and shop drawings in line with site requirements.
• Prepare architectural amendments, construction‑stage revisions, and as‑built updates as required to support site execution.
• Assist in architectural drafting and technical support to site teams, including attending site when necessary for clarification, coordination, and verification of requirements.
• Ensure all issued drawings reflect approved information, authorised changes, and correct version control.
• Participate in project or coordination meetings when required, providing input limited to architectural drawings and technical matters.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5 years of experience in a similar role within construction companies
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural and technical drawings
• Good understanding of local building regulations and permitting processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM tools is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing revisions under time‑critical site conditions.
• Ability to work effectively under instruction and meet project‑driven deadlines.
