Architect – Renovation & Development Projects (Cyprus)

We are currently looking to engage an Architect, on behalf of our clients, to support the property renovations and redevelopment business. The role will focus on the redesign and renovation of properties, with an emphasis on creating modern, functional, and high-quality spaces.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs and concepts for renovation and redevelopment projects
• Assess existing properties and propose practical, cost-effective solutions
• Prepare and submit planning and building permit applications
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers
• Provide support during project execution and, where required, site supervision

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in architecture
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus planning and building regulations
• Experience in permit preparation and submissions
• Ability to work closely with contractors and manage multiple stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with understanding of cost efficiency and resale value
• Ability to balance design with practicality and budget constraints
