We are seeking to recruit, on behalf of our client, an experienced and dynamic Architect to join a team of professionals.
ARCHITECT
Job Responsibilities
Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, select a site, or specify the requirements the design must meet;
Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing;
Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances;
Make necessary changes throughout the planning process.
Supervision of projects from A-Z.
To work all necessary time and hours to support the construction sites of the firm.
Requirements
Holder of a recognized degree in architecture.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience with agritourism projects will be considered an advantage
Member of ETEK.
Fully conversant with Auto Cad and good knowledge of 3D-modeling software.
Result-oriented and excellent communication skills.
Fluency in both Greek & English Languages.
Remuneration
