At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are seeking for an Architect to join to join our Design and Construction team!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide design proposals for restaurant layouts, detailed furniture fixtures drawings, finishes/materials sampling
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation required for building permits and construction.
• Ensure that all designs comply with current building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Prepare and present drawings for review including architectural 2D drawings, 3D model with finishes
• Construction site supervision. Review projects for compliance with design standards and quality control. Being able to combine technical knowledge and effective communication to navigate the complexities of each project.
• Cost budget estimation and analysis until the completion of the project
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to develop integrated design solutions.
• Create innovative and practical architectural designs that address brand needs and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of preparing architectural drawings, ready to submit for building permits.
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations, as well as the procedure to apply and obtain planning and building permits.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumio, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of 3D modelling and Rendering
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Energetic and positive team player with excellent communicational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
