Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience with Rhino and enthusiasm to learn REVIT on the job.
Duties:
- Assist project architects in developing conceptual designs, massing studies, and spatial layouts.
- Conduct precedent research and site analysis to inform the early stages of design.
- Produce 3D digital and potentially physical models.
- Participate in internal design reviews and contribute thoughts to project reviews.
- Draft 2D plans, sections, and elevations for planning, tender, and construction packages.
Design and layout presentation boards and reports.
