The Role

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our growing team in Nicosia. This role is focused on project delivery, technical coordination and construction-stage involvement across a range of projects.

Working closely with consultants, contractors and project teams, you will help guide projects from technical development through construction and completion while maintaining the high standards of design and quality that define the practice.

While the initial focus is project delivery, there will be opportunities to contribute to design development and wider project leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical design packages and construction documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Attend site meetings and support construction-stage activities
• Resolve technical and on-site design issues
• Support projects through technical design and construction phases
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple project types

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Approximately 3–10 years professional work experience
• Fluent spoken and written Greek and English
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
