Job Description

Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for an experienced Banking Officer to join us and drive our company to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Opening of the Corporate and Client Bank Accounts & EMI’s, in Cyprus and Overseas.
Bank reviews.
Investigating new banking options.
Processing and Monitoring deposit failures and resolving any errors maximizing the deposit approval rate.
Assisting clients with their banking requests and liaising between clients and banks.
Maintaining the bank database.
Managing banking relationships worldwide.
Ensuring that Payment Gateways are active and working properly.
Forwarding financial matters and requests to the Head of Department.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a similar role or onboarding-focused role within the financial services industry.
Experience and knowledge of payment industry regulations, standards, and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working with PSPs and an understanding of industry trends and potential challenges.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and contract management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, will be considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
