Payments & Business Operations Officer
Our client a growing business group active in the financial services, fintech, payments, and business consulting sectors.
Their business activities involve cooperation with banks, EMIs, PSPs, fintech providers, and international business clients across different industries.
We are looking for a motivated professional to join the team and work closely with management on payments and other business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with banks, EMIs, PSPs, acquirers, fintech providers, and crypto service providers
Assist clients with onboarding and application processes
Coordinate submission of KYC, compliance, and corporate documentation
Follow up with providers regarding onboarding progress and operational matters
Compare banking, payment, and acquiring solutions and related fees
Assist with preparation of commercial proposals and operational summaries
Maintain onboarding databases and operational records
Support relationship management with clients and providers
Coordinate operational matters related to banking and payment solutions
Assist management with business operations and strategic follow-ups
Stay informed regarding market developments within fintech and payments industries
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or related field will be considered an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Commercial mindset and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing tasks
Interest in fintech, banking, payments, and financial services industries
Strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
Fluent English required
Previous experience within payments, fintech, onboarding, banking, or customer support will be considered an advantage
