VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Imperial Island Resort in Paphos as the Bar Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Organize and oversee the bars operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

·         Ensure that all drinks and cocktails are prepared as per the original recipes.

·         Set the highest standards for service excellence and ensure that the bars team delivers exceptional guest experiences.

·         Monitor guest feedback and take immediate action to address any issues or concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the bars team.

·         Motivate the team and ensure that beverage quality standards are always met.

• Adhere to the hotel's policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Environment and Health and Safety. 
• Is a hands-on manager and is always present in the outlets during operational periods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel. 
• A Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

·         Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills, a team player with strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the point-of-sale (POS) system.

·         Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

·         EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
