Job Description:

As a Barman or Barwoman, you are a key part of creating a refined, elegant, and memorable guest experience. You are responsible for preparing and serving drinks with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail while maintaining the glamorous atmosphere of the wine bar.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests warmly at the bar and providing attentive service
• Preparing and serving wines, cocktails, spirits, and non alcoholic drinks professionally
• Explaining wine, cocktail, and drink options clearly and confidently
• Making recommendations based on guest preferences
• Ensuring drinks are prepared accurately, beautifully presented, and served in a timely manner
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, fully stocked, and beautifully presented
• Working closely with the waiter, hostess, kitchen, and management team to ensure smooth service
• Monitoring stock levels and informing management when items need to be reordered
• Handling orders accurately and entering them correctly into the system when required
• Maintaining high hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Supporting the calm, glamorous, and welcoming atmosphere of the wine bar

Requirements:

• Friendly, well-presented, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits, and bar service
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized during busy service
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Passion for hospitality, drinks, wine, and premium guest experiences
• Previous bar experience is preferred, especially in premium venues.
