Bartender
Job Description
Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Imperial Island Resort as the Bartender and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests to take drink orders, recommend specials, and provide exceptional guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle money transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage orders.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and always ensure guest safety.
· Follow the bar’s menu on all the beverages and snacks on the unit’s bar menu.
· Cooperates with all serving staff.
· Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
· Make recommendations or share additional information to guests upon request.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of one year’s work experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel.
· Welcoming personality.
· Ability to work as a team player.
· Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
