Position Details

Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accountant 
Department: Accounting 
Location: Nicosia

As a Bookkeeper / Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our clients' records, working closely with our professional team to deliver high-quality accounting services.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Maintain accurate financial records. 

·       Process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations. 

·       Assist with monthly financial statements and reports. 

·       Assist with budgeting and forecasting. 

·       Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT obligations, and other applicable financial regulations.

·       Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.

·       Support finance functions. 

Requirements

·       Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant qualifications). 

·       Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant will be consider as advantage.

·       Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. 

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other financial reporting tools.

·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 

·       Knowledge of financial regulations. 

·       Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. PatSoft / Sofia / Advance knowledge Dynamics 365) will be considered an advantage.
