Cronje & Yiannas Actuaries and Consultants Ltd, on behalf of its client, a leading premium beverages importer and distributor in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a commercially minded, creative, and proactive Brand Manager to join its dynamic team in Larnaca.
 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing management and development of a dynamic beverage portfolio in the local market and translate global brand strategies into impactful local execution to drive brand growth, consistent consumer activation, and high commercial performance. The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial & Sales Support

o    Achieving agreed sales targets through close coordination with the Sales Department

o    Supporting key accounts with tailored recommendations aligned to their concepts and customer base

o    Ensuring consistent implementation across all consumer touchpoints

o    Supporting sales execution across multiple trade channels to maximise brand performance and visibility

 

  • Trade & Market Development

o    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers

o    Identifying local and international market trends and translating them into relevant portfolio actions

o    Representing the beverage portfolio in the market and driving brand visibility

o    Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, suppliers, and key trade partners to drive commercial performance and profitable growth

o    Contributing to the achievement of annual qualitative and quantitative commercial objectives

 

  • Portfolio & Supplier Management

o    Developing and adapting the portfolio in line with market needs and company strategy

o    Maintaining strong supplier relationships and reporting monthly performance insights

o    Acting as a professional liaison between suppliers and internal teams

 

  • Education, Training & Events

o    Delivering portfolio education to trade partners through tastings, presentations, and training sessions

o    Training and supporting internal teams to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills

o    Organising and coordinating tastings, in-store activations, promotional initiatives, and special events

o    Collaborating with Marketing and Events teams on campaigns and promotional materials

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a commercial role within FMCG or the beverages industry
  • Solid understanding of brand, consumer, and trade marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while maintaining independence and proactivity
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and performance data and translate them into effective commercial and marketing actions
  • Close attention to detail and hands-on approach
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • An established network within the beverage industry and key trade channels will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Greek languages
     

Remuneration & Benefits

A competitive and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience, including:

  • Annual Gross Salary up to €30,000 (paid in 13 instalments)
