Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau) (Hybrid - 8513)
Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions, enhance customer engagement, and improve marketing ROI. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant quantitative discipline, who possess 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, with strong proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and Excel. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Connect Tableau to various data sources for real-time or batch data.
- Perform detailed data exploration and validation from a variety of sources, testing and data quality checks to ensure visualizations are accurate, efficient, and accessible to users.
- Leverage advanced Tableau functionality (parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret complex data, analyse results, and provide ongoing reports to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with business units to understand and prioritise their data requirements and provide relevant solutions.
- Optimize user experience through interactive dashboards, reports, and Tableau story points.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide an ongoing training to team members and support to end-users on Tableau.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, operations research etc...
- At least 3 years' experience in data science or related field.
- Proficient in data visualization and creation of impactful dashboards using Tableau (working experience with Tableau is a must).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, MS-Excel; and Python skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with ability to focus and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication with fluency in English is required, excellent presentation and data storytelling skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and primarily cooperate and interact with senior stakeholders.
- High drive, can-do attitude, proactive, and flexible to changing business demands.
- Working experience in the gaming industry would be considered a strong plus.
