CIVIL LITIGATION LAWYER

G. KAIMAKLIOTIS & CO LLC, a boutique law firm based in Larnaca, Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of civil litigation matters, representing both local and international clients, while handling cases before the Cyprus Courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing civil litigation cases from commencement through to final hearing.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, affidavits, legal opinions, and other court documents.
• Representing clients before the District Courts and other competent authorities.
• Conducting legal research and providing practical legal advice.
• Attending court hearings and liaising with clients, opposing counsel, public authorities, and government departments.
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues on complex legal matters.

   

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules and court practice.
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
•  Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
