Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of the clinic.
Manage and coordinate the team and daily operations.
Monitor and optimise the overall performance and efficiency of the clinic.
Take full responsibility for clinic development and growth, with a focus on continuous business development and improved performance.
Develop and manage the clinic’s marketing strategy, working with external partners where required.
Develop and implement new projects, services, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process for the future development of the clinic.
Monitor business objectives and overall performance, implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a management position.
Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare organisation will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business needs of a modern medical clinic.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Very good computer literacy and familiarity with modern management tools.
