Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operations of the clinic.
• Manage and coordinate the team and daily operations.
• Monitor and optimise the overall performance and efficiency of the clinic.
• Take full responsibility for clinic development and growth, with a focus on continuous business development and improved performance.
• Develop and manage the clinic’s marketing strategy, working with external partners where required.
• Develop and implement new projects, services, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making process for the future development of the clinic.
• Monitor business objectives and overall performance, implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a management position.
• Previous experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare organisation will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the business needs of a modern medical clinic.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Very good computer literacy and familiarity with modern management tools.
