Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Technician with a passion for technology and experience in technical support, computer assembly, and hardware repairs. The successful candidate will participate in daily technical support operations and IT equipment management.

Main Responsibilities

• Assembly of desktop computers and workstations
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCs and laptops
• Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
• Installation of drivers, software, and peripheral devices
• Hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, graphics cards, etc.)
• Remote and on-site technical support
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of networking equipment
• Preparation and delivery of new equipment to customers
• Documentation of technical tasks and troubleshooting procedures
• Collaboration with the technical support team for issue resolution
• Handling RMA procedures and supplier communication when required
• Basic support for printers, routers, and CCTV systems

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and architecture
• Experience in PC assembly and repair
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Team spirit and responsibility
• Communication in Greek and basic English
• Driving license will be considered an advantage
