Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with at least four (4) years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on corporate, commercial, and financial law matters and business transactions.
• Conducting legal research and providing practical legal advice.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing related reports.
• Preparing legal opinions and memoranda on complex legal matters.
• Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Assisting with the management and execution of client matters and projects.

Candidate Profile

• Law degree.
• LL.M. or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least four (4) years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Good knowledge of the Cyprus legal and regulatory framework.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
