This opportunity is suited to lawyers who are motivated to be part of a practice that operates at the forefront of sophisticated, cross-border work on matters shaping international business.
Your Impact
You will be involved in high-value, complex and often novel cross-border matters, advising a diverse and sophisticated client base that includes leading domestic, EU and international blue-chip organisations.
Your work may span across Corporate & Commercial law, Banking & Finance, Financial Services & Regulation, Tech Law, Competition Law, Employment Law and will involve close collaboration across teams and disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on legal and regulatory matters under Cyprus and EU law
- Handling demanding, time-critical transactions with international elements
- Liaising with regulators, institutional clients, corporates, international counsel
- Providing commercially focused, high-quality legal advice aligned with clients’ strategic objectives
- Adopting a proactive, solutions-driven approach to client needs
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice
- Supporting the development of junior members of the team and contributing to a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking lawyers with strong technical depth, commercial insight and sound professional judgement, who are comfortable operating within complex, high-value legal environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience across Corporate & Commercial law and/or related fields (4-6 years)
- The ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice on legal matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
- The capacity to manage demanding timelines with a focus on high quality research and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and professional integrity
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to assume responsibility and contribute meaningfully to team development
