CORPORATE LAWYER

ERAKLIS N. KYRIAKIDES LLC is interested to recruit a corporate lawyer on a permanent basis, to work from our offices in Nicosia.

Qualifications required

• University Law Degree (an LPC or LLM in Corporate / Company / Commercial Law shall be considered an additional advantage).
• Excellent oral and written command of Greek and English language.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Duties: 

• Drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&AA), BoD and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs, 
• Legal due diligence,
• Cross-border transactions,
• Provision of legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions.
• Assistance with set up of corporate structures and licensing issues   
• Migration visa applications and procedures (BFU, PRP, Visitors Permits)
