Job Overview
The Customer Service & Administrative Support Officer provides customer service and administrative support for the effective management of residential buildings and common areas. The role includes communicating with property owners and tenants, handling inquiries, coordinating maintenance works, maintaining records, and supporting the daily operations of the office. The successful candidate should be organized, professional, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Unitower Services Limited, a company specializing in the management and administration of residential buildings and common areas, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service & Administrative Support Officer on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with property owners and tenants of managed buildings.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending matters and support the daily operations of the office.
- Provide clients with information regarding building management and common area matters.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Greek language.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and email applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support will be considered an advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
