Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support senior management and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate business travel arrangements and logistics
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication with clients, suppliers, and business partners
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
Organize meetings and follow up on action items
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Support senior management with daily planning and prioritization
Coordinate internal office operations and administrative processes
Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and spoken English
Greek language will be considered an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in real estate, legal, or property-related industries will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market and property regulations will be considered an advantage
