Our client, a leading international technology organization, is seeking a Finance Administration Officer to join its Finance team on a fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance or accounting professional who enjoys working with financial documentation, data, and business processes within a multinational environment. The successful candidate will support key finance operations, including order administration, contract validation, revenue-related documentation, and reporting, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across the business.
Finance Administration Officer (6225/FAO/ESS/CY)
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
Department: Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain customer orders within internal systems.
- Review customer contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support order booking activities and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
- Assist with revenue-related documentation and validation processes.
- Monitor and update order status throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, contract, and documentation queries.
- Prepare reports and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Department as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- 1 year of experience in finance administration, accounting support, operations, order management, business administration, or a similar role, will be considered an advantage.
- Experience reviewing contracts, invoices, commercial documentation, or financial records will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
