Front Office Administrator
Job Description
Purpose of Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of a fast-growing, dynamic, and client-focused law firm with a strong international presence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while delivering an exceptional experience to clients and visitors. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for client service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
- Assist with daily office administration and ensure the smooth running of front office operations
- Support internal teams with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and correspondence accurately and confidentially
- Liaise with clients and external service providers where necessary
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are maintained to a high professional standard
Provide general administrative support to management and legal teams as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Greek and English is essential
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, customer service, or administrative role will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Training will be provided to the successful candidate
