Job Description

Louis Hotels is seeking to recruit a qualified professional for the position of Graphic Design Supervisor at our head offices in Engomi.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead & create the development of engaging visual marketing materials for Louis Hotels, including digital campaigns, brochures, menus, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and any other promotional collateral.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all Louis Hotels properties, digital platforms, and guest touchpoints.
• Coordinate and contribute to photo and video shoots, assisting in the production of compelling visual content that showcases the hotel experience.
• Supervise and mentor the in-house graphic designer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Liaise with external agencies, photographers, printers, and production partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with design trends, digital innovations, and emerging creative technologies, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
• Support the continuous enhancement of brand presentation across all guest-facing communications.

Required qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) with solid photography and video editing skills.
• Strong storytelling and brand communication skills in English and Greek.
• EU Nationality or eligibility in working within the EU.
