Louis Hotels is seeking to recruit a qualified professional for the position of Graphic Design Supervisor at our head offices in Engomi.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead & create the development of engaging visual marketing materials for Louis Hotels, including digital campaigns, brochures, menus, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and any other promotional collateral.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all Louis Hotels properties, digital platforms, and guest touchpoints.
Coordinate and contribute to photo and video shoots, assisting in the production of compelling visual content that showcases the hotel experience.
Supervise and mentor the in-house graphic designer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Liaise with external agencies, photographers, printers, and production partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
Stay up to date with design trends, digital innovations, and emerging creative technologies, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
Support the continuous enhancement of brand presentation across all guest-facing communications.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) with solid photography and video editing skills.
Strong storytelling and brand communication skills in English and Greek.
EU Nationality or eligibility in working within the EU.
