We build practical tools that make our clients' daily work easier, and we are looking for people who want to build that future with us.
About the role
This is a brand new position at our company. You will be the first person to hold this title here, which means you will help define what it looks like as you go. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with that kind of ownership rather than someone who wants a role with a fixed playbook already in place.
We serve lawyers, accountants, and corporate service providers across the several jurisdictions around the world. Our go to market motion is growing quickly, and we need someone who can build and run the systems that turn our outreach and pipeline work into a repeatable, scalable engine.
What you will do
- Build and maintain our go to market tech stack, connecting Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, and HubSpot into one smooth, reliable system
- Design outbound workflows, including lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and routing into HubSpot
- Own campaign execution end to end, from list building in Apollo to sequencing in Lemlist to tracking results in HubSpot
- Use Clay to build enrichment and research pipelines that make our outreach sharper and more personal
- Monitor performance and constantly test new approaches, channels, and messaging
- Keep our CRM data clean and trustworthy so the rest of the team can rely on it
- Support basic Google Ads campaigns and contribute to our SEO and AEO efforts, working alongside marketing
- Spot broken workflows before they cost us pipeline, and fix them
- Bring new ideas to the table. We want someone who treats experimentation as part of the job
Who you are
- You have hands on experience with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, and HubSpot, or very similar tools, and you are comfortable learning new ones quickly
- You have a working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and AEO. You do not need to be an expert, but you should understand the basics and be able to hold your own in a conversation about them
- You are a generalist by nature. You would rather learn a new corner of the go to market world than stay boxed into one lane
- You take initiative without being asked. If something is broken or missing, you fix it or build it
- You enjoy experimenting and are not afraid of things that do not work the first time
- You are comfortable being the only person in this role, at least at first, and you like the responsibility that comes with that
- You have some background in outbound, growth, revenue operations, or a related area
