Marketing Manager

Our client, an FX services provider, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join its growing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, driving lead generation, and overseeing all marketing activities to support business growth. The role also includes leading the marketing team, managing budgets, and ensuring the effective delivery of marketing initiatives across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Marketing Department under the supervision of the Chief Commercial Officer
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Company's commercial objectives
• Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and market positioning
• Develop and maintain the Company's brand identity, messaging, and overall market presence
• Manage the Company's digital presence, including website performance and online marketing initiatives
• Develop marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, presentations, newsletters, promotional materials, case studies, trade shows, and website content
• Understand customer behaviour and market dynamics to support demand generation and lead generation strategies
• Prepare marketing proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports for the Chief Commercial Officer
• Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
• Benchmark the Company's marketing performance through ongoing analysis and reporting
• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and marketing activities
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Internal Regulations and procedures
• Perform additional duties as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management, preferably within the FX, FinTech, or iGaming industry
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Previous experience leading and mentoring marketing teams
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing
• Experience managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance using KPIs
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
