Job Description
Job Specifications:
- Academic Qualifications: Certificate in Hotel Management, Public Relations Certificate
- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Word
- Languages: At least English and mother language.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure that hotel Guest’s treatment policy is implemented.
Establish friendly relations with clients and staff of the hotel
Give special attention to each client especially to the repeated ones, the VIPs and the Travel Associates.
Provide assistance in carrying out and organising hotel functions.
Update hotel’s Information Boards
Supervise the animation activities of the hotel and the animators.
Handles Guests’ Complaints.
Organise the Dining and Entertainment Programme, the Animation and Children’s Animation Programme.
Conform to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.
