AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of

HEAD RECEPTIONIST

Tasks:

·         Assisting front office team with customer issues.

·         Helping guests with reservations enquiries if needed.

·         Helping and training Reception Staff

The candidates should have:

·         A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

·         EU citizenship or EU work permit.

·         Excellent knowledge of English languages.

·         Natural flair for first class service.

·         Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.

·         Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.

·         High standard of and computer skills and good knowledge of reservations.

·         Team spirit and pleasant personality.

·         Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
