HR Administrator (Head Office)-Nicosia
Symeonides Fashion House Ltd a leading company in the retail industry seeks to recruit a Human Resources Administrator for its Marks & Spencer Head Office. The successful candidate will support the HR Department in the smooth and efficient running of daily HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
Maintain and update employee records ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Support the recruitment process including job postings, CV screening and interview coordination
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain records related to staff uniforms, health booklets and work permits where applicable
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes
Review monthly payroll information and prepare monthly pension submissions
Coordinate training and development initiatives and assist with the company’s training plan
Support the performance appraisal process and other HR initiatives
Monitor attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with labour legislation
Assist with employee communications and HR projects when required
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff across the organization
Requirements
University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Psychology, Economics or a related field
CIPD qualification or part-qualification will be considered an advantage
1–2 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong numerical and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and exercise sound judgement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
