ICAP People Solutions is seeking an HR Recruitment Trainee (Summer Internship) to join their Cyprus team.

HR Recruitment Trainee (Summer Internship) - (Ref. code: 6195/HRT/ESS/CY)

Location: Cyprus (Fully Remote)
Period: June-July. Paid Internship

Role overview:
ICAP People Solutions is looking for an HR Recruitment Trainee to join our team, as part of our Summer Internship program (paid).
At our core, we are recruitment professionals, partnering with leading organizations in Cyprus and internationally to find and place top talent for our client mandates. This internship is designed for you to learn the full recruitment cycle from the ground up, starting with the fundamentals and building real, hands-on experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within recruitment projects.

• Screening and organizing CVs based on job requirements.

• Sourcing candidates through platforms and internal databases.

• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

• Assisting in interview processes and candidate evaluations.

• Supporting the team with reports and overall recruitment workflow.

Qualifications:

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

• Genuine interest in recruitment and HR.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a professional mindset.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Greek & English.

• Eagerness to learn and grow.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
