Job Description
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous background and experience in the HR and Recruitment sector
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and applicable Rules and Regulations
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in PC applications/suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Qualifications
- Academic diploma or equivalent work experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Receives and monitors applications and emails from new and former security personnel.
- Monitors, filters CVs, background checks and certification authenticity.
- Arranges Interviews for candidates
- Prepares and sends invitations for SOP trainings.
- Provides general administration support to the Recruitment Team, HR and Operation department.
- Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Provides analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Ensures that all procedures are carried out as per the company Policies and Procedures in compliance with Maritime regulations and GDPR.
- Preparation of mandatory documents for re-deployment of former security personnel
