HR Administrator
Job Description
Consolidated Contractors Company (www.ccc.net), an internationally esteemed and leading organization in the field of engineering, construction, and sustainable development, is seeking a motivated individual for the role of HR Administrator to join its new corporate offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration role.
· Proven hands-on experience with Cyprus Labor law and employment practices.
· Solid experience in immigration procedures, including work and residency requirements.
· Experience with social insurance and tax related HR matters in Cyprus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English Languages.
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
· Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
· Prepare and administer job offers, employment terms and onboarding documentation in compliance with the local labor laws.
· Ensure compliance with the labor legislation, including employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlement, termination procedures and related employment matters.
· Advise management and employees on labor law issues and employee relation matters.
· Draft, review and update HR policies and procedures in line with the local legislation and best practices.
· Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring data confidentiality.
