Job Description
- Follow up the project and coordinate with the contractors
- Overseeing construction engineering processes
- Follow up time schedules for each project and report
- Ensuring that the construction projects are completed on time and within budget
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs
- Check the invoice/ certificates and prepare a payment request
- Presenting construction project progress updates to senior managers and stakeholders
- Communication with the clients
- Follow up the changes with clients inform accordantly.
Skills:
- Bachelors' degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Fluency in Greek an English
- Proficiency in Microsoft S.Office(Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of AutoCad
