Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding High Technology company which develops custom data solutions, including data integration and structuring services to clients around the world, we are seeking to recruit an Intelligence Analyst join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Intelligence Analyst, you will travel extensively to work directly with clients on the ground, helping them operationalize and extract value from our client’s platform. You will act as the bridge between technology and real-world use cases, ensuring clients can effectively use the platform to generate actionable intelligence. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, operations support, consulting, or customer-facing analytical roles, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, 13th salary, medical insurance, flexible working hours, and hybrid working options. This role involves extensive international travel.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work directly with client teams to understand their objectives and workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and ongoing operations.
- Extract relevant insights from complex datasets.
- Guide clients on how to interpret and act on intelligence outputs.
- Support real-world use cases by aligning platform capabilities with operational needs.
- Train client teams on how to effectively use the platform.
- Develop best practices and playbooks for different use cases.
- Ensure clients are self-sufficient while maximizing platform value.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Assist clients in navigating ambiguous or complex scenarios.
- Adapt quickly to different environments, industries, and operational challenges.
- Provide structured thinking and clarity under pressure.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 3–7 years in intelligence analysis, operations support, consulting, or customer-facing analytical roles.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
- Background in geospatial intelligence, security, investigations, or data-driven operations is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking without needing to be deeply technical.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presenting to and working with senior stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, on-site environments.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on outcomes, not just analysis.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client interaction.
