Elysee Irrigation Ltd, one of the largest industries in Cyprus in the production of piping systems for water supply, irrigation, drainage, and cabling, with a leading position in the local market and exports to more than 65 countries worldwide, is expanding and strengthening its strategic development by recruiting competent individuals.
Elysee Irrigation Ltd is looking for a talented and motivated International Clients Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team based at our factory in Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia.
Position: International Clients Accounts Officer
Department: International Sales
Location: Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of international client accounts
Maintain daily communication with international clients (emails, calls, virtual meetings)
Monitor and manage orders, contracts, and commercial agreements
Support sales and after-sales service and assist with challenging client requests
Handle client requests, issues, and commercial inquiries professionally
Prepare account reports, performance tracking, and commercial documentation
Support new market development and international business expansion
Build long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality customer experience
Work closely with area sales managers and various departments internally (including production, warehouse, logistics etc) to achieve efficient effective and accurate results
Any other task assigned related to the position and/or the needs of the Company.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in international markets (international sales, account management, export, or client relations)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Knowledge of CRM systems is preferable.
