IT Administration Officer
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated IT Administration Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised multitasker with excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. The successful applicant will provide high-quality IT support and administrative assistance while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.

Job Specifications
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar IT Support or IT Administration role
- Knowledge of network security principles, including Firewalls, Access Control, and VPNs
- Experience with LAN routing and switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP subnetting, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Ability to troubleshoot within a Windows environment
- Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 products, ideally from an administrative perspective
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Provide IT support to internal users locally and overseas
- Work closely with the Group IT Management Team
- Configure and deploy IT hardware and software
- Maintain and regularly update technical documentation
- Administer and ensure the availability of server and client systems
- Manage IT infrastructure, including Microsoft services and applications such as Active Directory, Office 365, file and database servers, IIS, DNS, and DHCP in both cloud-based and on-premise environments
- Participate in the management and monitoring of generators and UPS systems
- Analyse, compare, and coordinate purchases of IT equipment and related services
- Implement security measures to protect IT systems against cyber threats
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to systems, procedures, and services
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
