We are looking for an IT Officer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. In this role, you will provide first-line IT support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems and services. You will support employees with hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and telephony while playing a key role in onboarding and offboarding processes.
The successful candidate will handle daily IT support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain IT assets, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-line helpdesk support to employees for hardware, software, email, telephony, and general IT-related issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account creation/removal, device setup, access permissions, and IT inductions
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services
- Handle daily IT support requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Additional tasks as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Good understanding of networking principles
- Good understanding of telephony systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in Greek and English

Working hours:
- Working hours are on a rotational schedule between 08:00–17:00 and 09:00–18:00, including a 1-hour break
- The role operates primarily during weekdays; however, reasonable remote support assistance may occasionally be required outside business hours or during weekends for urgent or critical issues
