The Role: Junior Accounting Officer
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience and a passion for numbers and how finance works behind the scenes? This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in accounting within a fast-growing fintech environment.
As a Junior Accounting Officer, you’ll be an integral part of our finance team, learning on the job while contributing to real business operations. We’re looking for someone based in Limassol who is eager to grow, learn quickly, and develop practical accounting skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing client deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and refunds accurately and efficiently
Managing borrower repayments and ensuring transaction records are accurate and up to date
Supporting the maintenance of well-organised financial records
Performing bank reconciliations (you’ll build strong expertise here early on)
Assisting with a variety of ad hoc accounting and finance tasks no two days are the same
Who We’re Looking For
A recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Highly organised with good time management skills
Comfortable with Excel (experience with accounting software is a plus)
A clear communicator and strong team player
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and develop
