Job Description

What you will learn and do:

1. Issue invoices on a daily basis.

2. Reconcile company expenses under the supervision of the Travel Accountant.

3. Reconcile supplier invoices.

4. Issuing reports on a bi-weekly basis to clients.

5. Reconciliation of the credit card statements.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Assist the ticketing team with GDS administration, such as adding crew profiles to the GDS.

8. Training is provided for all.

 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

• Proficiency in social media, a benefit, to help promote Henley Travel via social media

channels.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must be legally authorised to work in Cyprus.

• Resident of Limassol.
