Job Description
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Law Firm with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. As a Junior Corporate Consultant, you will provide corporate administration services for legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. As part of your role, you will review, draft, and prepare a range of corporate documents, as well as correspond with counterparties, financial institutions, and service providers to support client matters and deliver timely advice. An academic background in a relevant field of study such as Law or Business Administration is desirable, and you will need to hold approximately 2+ years of experience in Corporate Services and/or relevant legal experience within the corporate services sector, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A competitive remuneration package is on offer, along with the possibility of reduced hours. This position offers fully remote working conditions within Cyprus.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate administration consultations for legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Review, draft, and prepare a range of corporate documents.
- Communicate daily with the client network, handle enquiries, and liaise with associates to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain client due diligence processes during onboarding and on an ongoing basis, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft service proposals, maintain client files, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Correspond with counterparties, financial institutions, and service providers to support client matters and deliver timely advice.
- Prepare and review documentation required to obtain legal advice, consultation, and support locally and overseas.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A Law degree is considered a strong advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Services and/or relevant legal experience within the corporate services sector.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of banking is an advantage.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and time-management skills.
- Practical minded and fast resolution-oriented mindset.
