Payroll Administrator
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate salary calculations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with compliance in relation to Cyprus payroll and Social Insurance requirements. Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will help ensure that payroll obligations are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities
- Process payroll for clients in line with Cyprus labour and payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit Social Insurance contributions and other payroll-related statutory obligations.
- Reconcile payroll data and support accurate salary and contribution payments.
- Maintain employee records, including salaries, deductions, benefits, and leave information.
- Respond to client payroll-related queries and support clients with their payroll obligations.
- Assist with payroll reports for internal, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on related tasks when needed.
- Identify ways to improve payroll processes and increase efficiency.
- Learn and use payroll software for payroll preparation and submission.
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably in Cyprus.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus payroll procedures and Social Insurance regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage confidential information professionally.
- Clear communication skills with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with payroll software, preferably Cycom, and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
